CPSC compliant pajamas must be worn snug-fit to ensure flammability standards are met. Under US law, kids' pajamas from 9 months to size 14 must be flame resistant or tight fitting. None of the pajamas created are flame resistant and this why they are snug/tight fitting. Please pay attention to the sizing charts for each specific pajama. Due to their unique design and collaboration with generous pattern-makers, it is important to match sizes that will best fit your child.
